Pat was very efficient! Not only did he replace the broken spring, he tightened all nuts and bolts, oiled everything, checked sensors, etc. I would definitely use them again - but hope I do not need to ;)

Installaer looked at door, said he would call back with estimate. Company neveer called back, so I purchased the materials and did the work mysekf.

He arrived when he said he would . . . worked quickly and efficiently . . . . was very friendly and professional. He cleaned everything up when he was done. I would absolutely use A Simmons again in the future.

The service was prompt and professional. The price was lower than we expected. They were able to make a nice tight fit on an old garage with an uneven floor. My wife had very specific ideas about what she wanted. I appreciate the time that was taken to listen to her, and to provide a special order door with which she is very happy. We are very pleased with the quality and the looks of the product that was installed.

She loved it and she said the guy was just wonderful. They came the same day she called. He worked as fast as he could to finish it in an hour and so he could only charge her an hour's labor. he fixed it and it's working great. I couldn't say enough good things about him.

We are very pleased with our new garage door and A-Simmons Garage Door Company. Our garage now has the door that we like and is much warmer in that room for a better price than anyone else had. Gary did a great job and we recommend him highly. My neighbor liked Gary and his team as well when he needed to have a part repaired on his garage door a couple years ago.

Someone from Simmons came out, made some adjustments, cleaned it up a bit and my 40 year old door/opener works like a charm. He was on time, cheerful and professional.

When I called them to ask about adjusting the spring they were skeptical that it needed fixing, but they came out anyway, adjusted it anyway, and now it's much easier for me to manage. They also gave me credible information about electric opener security. When I'm ready for one of those, I'll call them.

They did a great job on the repairs, very informative as far as what needed to be done and what they were going to do. Very reasonable price. I would use them again.

After initial call, an appointment was made, a second call was received and was told of another appointment opening (due to a cancellation), so the work was done on the same day as I called. Worker was polite and friendly and very helpful in choosing the best way to fix my garage door opener.

I called A-Simmons when our garage door opener failed. They returned my call within 15 minutes and had a service rep. to our house within one hour. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also gave the garage door a general tune-up.

The installer was prepared with all the proper tools. He knew what he was doing. Before he placed the braces on the top end of the door he show me what it was going to look like and asked if I was OK with the braces. Most people would not have asked but they seem to want to please the homeowner. I did not realize the amount of cardboard and other materials that was left over after the job was complete. This material was placed carefully in his truck for removal. He did not ask for my garbage can so he could leave the material. I did notice a cross brace piece which was not exactly plumb. I mentioned it and told him it was OK to leave it that way. But, he took it down and did it right. I was very pleased with the workmanship.

The estimator arrived the day after I called. It took a couple weeks before they could do the work. The did a high-quality job at exactly the price originally quoted even though the job apparently took longer than they anticipated. They worked until 6:30PM in order to finish the job, and carefully explained all aspects of the garage door opener before leaving. Both the estimator and person who did the work were very nice and informative.

I called this morning at 8:30 to have the spring replaced on my garage door. They said they could be out this afternoon sometime. Pat arrived promptly at 2:15 and very competently repaired my door. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again!
