Veterinarians
We have gone to this vet practice in years past, but the "old" vet retired, and we are not pleased with the new one who bought the practice. The front office staff were friendly to us, but did not greet our pets. The vet did not greet us or our pets. She just came at them with the muzzle and clippers, which threw one of them into a panic, and we did not have the vet finish the nail clipping job because it was traumatic to the dog. He is touchy about having his nails trimmed, but has not flown into a panic as he did with this woman. When I said, "Maybe we should just stop", she said "OK". That was the only thing she said to me during the entire visit. Did not even introduce herself to us.
