I appreciate Paul's good communication and resourcefulness in making suggestions and giving me options, including cost savings, to solving issues. For example: he called all over town for a hard to find a part for a malfunctioning unusual window, instead of replacing the window. The quality of work is excellent. It's a pleasure to have someone so personable and even mannered working in your home. He's is clean and tidy. I'm glad our new house does not require major remodeling or repair, but if I it did, I would hire Paul in a heartbeat as he's also a craftsman, and we hardly utilized all of his skills. He's also a specialist on environmentally friendly insulation.
