product was good and work product was good but customers service was way below average. HE DID NOT START WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE DID NOTSHOW UP SOME DAYS WITHOUT LETTING KNOW EVEN AFTER HE WAS TOLD WE HAD ARRANGED FOR OUR DOGS TO BE ELSEWHERE ON THE DAYS HE WORKED. HE WAS NOTIFIED AFTER ONE WEEK THAT THERE WERE PARELLEL RIDGES RUNNING ACROSS THE LAWN AND DID NOT COME TO LOOK AT THEM BUT MERELY SAID THEY WERE FROM THE ROLL OF GRASS AND THEY WOULD GO AWAY EVEN THOUGH THEY CROSSED THE SEAM OF THE GRASS SECTIONS WHICH WOULD SUGGEST THEY WERE NOT MERELY BECAUSE THE GRASS HAS BEEN ROLLED UP. ATER A YEAR, RIDGES STILL PRESENT AND NO WORD FROM PRESTON THE OWNER AND INSTALLER EVER AFTER TWO MORE ATTEMPTS TO GET A RESPONSE EVEN WITH PICTURES.

I ordered the type of lawn that is best for pets. My dog would not use our former small side yard with dirt, weeds and landscaping stones to do her business. Now she adores the yard and will do her business, run and play. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days and left completely clean.
