What a great group of guys! They showed up exactly when they said they would and started working right away. Much of the maple tree to be trimmed was hanging in my neighbor's yard and we were all apprehensive about what damage the truck would do because the only access to the tree was on his lawn. Of course, the morning they arrived for work, it was cold and pouring down rain. So these guys chose to CLIMB the trees to do the work instead of using the truck. How wonderful was that! And they did all the work fast, efficiently, and did exactly what I wanted done. The maple tree was carefully trimmed, the cedar tree was cut down so I can hardly see where it was and the stump of the walnut tree in the front yard is gone. They cleaned up any mess or tree debris before they left. They truly exceeded my expectations. If I ever need any other work done on my trees, I will definitely call Danny and the guys. What a great experience!
I am not very knowledgable about trees, but the work looked to be of high quality.
They accepted check, cash, or credit card for payment, and even (in jest I think) pesos.
The wood chipper was very noisy, but that was to be expected.
Everyone behaved in a professional and safe manner at all times.
