"thank you"
"thank you"
Mr. Minter and crew originally came to our attention during the purchase negotiation for the property, when the original owner used them to counter our higher-cost roof replacement bid. Our agent agreed that Minter and company were both low cost and high quality.
In the summer of 2012, when we were ready to move on the re-roofing project, I called for a bid adjustment.
Over the phone Mr. Minter adjusted his bid by less than 5%. He directed me to the web sites for material selection and by the end of the day we had a contract and scheduled the re-roofing for the very next week.
They arrived when they said they would, interacted with our renters in a friendly, informative manner, completed the job within the estimated time, left the construction site reasonably clean, and billed exactly what they estimated.
From the perspective of an out-of-town property owner, this was an excellent experience and I recommend them to anyone in the Jackson county area.
I have since visited the work site and walked the roof. We’re especially happy with the color and look of the Malarkey material suggested by Minter. If I had one improvement to suggest to the crew, it would be that they left a few staples and cut bits of shingle loose on the roof, and those would likely make their way to gutters or lawn.
"Thank you for bring it to my attention,we will do better next time on the small debris clean up,thank you for the opportunity to work for you"
