Tim came out, measured the windows. Later, said he needed to re-measure the windows because he lost what he'd written. No big deal, texted him a few times to see when he was coming back out. Never heard back...

Tim was right on time and professional. It didn't take any time for him to put in my 2 front side windows.

I had a small beebee hole in top pane of single hung window. Instead of replacing the entire window, I found original purchase receipt and ordered just the top pane from the manufacturer. Jim came to our house, took out the old pane, installed the new pane in about 45 minutes. He was prompt, friendly to my family members and cleaned up. Problem solved! I would use Jim again for glass repairs.
