Garrison's Mattress Gallery

This has to be the worst furniture store ever! I moved to Medford in July of 2012 and I needed a lot of furniture for my new home. I went to Garrisons to do some shopping and I was shocked at the total lack of customer service. I entered the store thinking that I would be greeted but to no avail. I looked around the store for 35 to 45 minutes and not one associate acknowledged my presence. A sales associate even passed right by me and he never said a word to me. Without any help from anyone I decided to leave the store. As I was leaving, I passed by the counter, and here are two men (behind the counter) chatting away and guess what, not one of them said a word to me. Thank you to La-Z-Boy and Gates for outstanding service (and where I spent a whole lot of $$$$). I guess that business for Garrisons can't be all that great, when they advertise, that they will pay for your gas if you come and purchase a mattress from them! Sorry Garrisons, I tried!
