It went well but it was more work than he quoted but overall I was very happy
Yes Jeff does good work,carpets dried quickly
It was more work then he had bargained for so he didnt seem very happy, what i did like is the carpets dried relatively fast and were clean

Cooperative with our schedules. Did nice job with difficult light tan carpets (two dogs and a lot of grandkids) and sustained clean carpets for us over time. Once, there was a few spots left and they came right back out the next day and got rid of them without extra charge. Very reasonable prices and pleasant and easy to work with..
