We have used Joseph before to repair our blinds when the cords or parts have frayed or failed, which happened last week. These were not inexpensive blinds. He came right out and fixed them, and seems to use a heavier, better quality cord than when we have taken them in to other merchants. Also, he reasonably fixes anything else that needs it at the time.
