The initial installation and follow-up were great. The first time there was an accident in his business but he called that he would be late. My antenna needs adjusting and I called and left word. When I did not hear from him for a week, I called Ryan again and connected. We made an appointment for 5/2 and that is the last I heard from him. I have called each day since then but only go to his mailbox which is FULL. I am at a loss. I was very pleased with the initial service and my television reception was great, but what do I do now when we cannot communicate. I have now found that this small company is a one-man operation and he landed in the hospital for several weeks and those that work with him were not able to communicate to his customers, that was the reason for his lack of attention. His voice mailbox is flooded with many calls so it is hard for legitimate customers to reach him. He is now well and back on his feet and ready to work. I am excited to know that my initial concerns were valid (something had happened to him) and that he was not deliberately ignoring his customers. I look forward to working with him.

Ryan did an excellent job (though extremely slow) with three previous wall mounts and sound system setups, but for the fourth job assignment, he did not get back to me after repeated phone messages over a six-day period. It does not matter what I wanted him to do, the result was that Ryan left me in a lurch. This is totally unprofessional, and after a week of waiting for him to get back to me, I had to resort to getting another solution quickly. This caused a host of further delays and hiccups in addition to not getting the TV mounted on the wall down to send back time for a refund on the warranty TV. Lets just say that in good conscience, I cannot recommend this person or his service due to not keeping his word nor simply getting back to me. Had he done that, it would not have caused so many further problems.

Ryan Welsh mounted our TV on the brick wall above the fireplace. He did an excellent job: showed up on time, worked highly professionally, cleaned after he was done, made sure the TV worked. We would recommend him to anyone interested in this kind of job.

Ryan was knowledgeable and did a great job relocating cables and wiring in order to install our new tv above the fireplace. His installation looks great! He also returned a few days later to help me resolve a connectivity issue. I would recommend him.

Ryan did a great job of installing the wall mount television, and took extra time and effort to clean up all of the cords. Looks fantastic.

This was an extremely interesting experience with Ryan at Wel-Comm. He came out to scope out the job, was very nice, and had great feedback and vision for how to complete the project. He worked with us to find a time to come out and worked for several hours to mount the TV and fireplace mantle, and drilled most of a hole to run the wires through in our fireplace brick. However, he didn't have quite a long enough drill bit to completely make it through to the chimney, so he left to go buy one at Home Depot. We arranged a different day for him to come back and complete the project. Then, he never showed up or got in touch with me again. I tried getting in contact with him many times over the next 4 weeks via text message and call, and he had my email address as well. But I never received a response. I hope everything is OK, but I have no choice but to give the company a 1 star due to the extremely odd circumstances and incomplete work. For the work that was completed, Ryan gets 4 stars. Very good quality on the TV mount and the fireplace mantle, and he went through the trouble of removing the face plate of our gas fireplace insert. He did make a few scratches on our hardwood floor with his tools through. I would change my rating if Wel-Comm finished the job, although for putting me through several reschedulings I still would not give a top quality rating even then.
