Total Car Care Centers

We took a truck in one time to have them looked at it and we paid them like $60 or $70 for them to go through the whole vehicle and see what it was and they recommend we not buy it. It was good money spent for us because if was had bought it in would have been a bad car. They have rebuild engine for us and done major work and spend thousands of dollars and we’ve also had where they have not charged us at all when we come in because whatever it was it is either something they missed or something that with our air and we didn’t realize it like you don’t turn something on or you forget and they didn’t charge us for looking at it and figuring out what was wrong.

They are extremely outstanding and they are the best we have found in 38 years of living here. They are very honest and the prices are always less than the dealership and they are just relly good to us. We really realy like Total Car Care. We have like 5 or 6 cars because we have a rally large family and all of our kids take their car there because it’s such a good place. We have been with them close to 20 years. We were with them when a different owner was there and when they change ownership it just stayed the same quality and the same service. It was not difficulty with switching owners.

My date is best guessed, it was before winter. The spider hair crack though very small never went away. it was day after the fix before I drove the car, and when i when i pulled out into the light you would not have known it was fixed. The service over all was excellent.

I've always been happy with them. I think they are very good about getting their work completed on time and about guaranteeing their work because if there are problems with it they'll take care of it. I think their pricing is average and not particularly higher or low anyway. I don't have any real complaints on quality at all. They are very responsive. There have been a couple of times they didn't get it done.

Did a good job, then checked into an oil leak we have had forever, fixed it quickly and cheaply (when our former auto repairman said it would be prohibitively expensive to do).

I have used Total Car Care for 4 years now. Dick Graham, the manager, is one of the finest most upright people I know. All the work I have had done over these 4 years has been at or below the written estimate, done on time or before the time promised. A loaner car was always provided, if they needed to keep my car more than a short time. I am a widow on a very tight budget. Dick has always worked with me, never tried to sell me things I didn't need. One he even a used part he had on hand because I couldn't afford the new part just to keep my car going until I could afford the more expensive repair. These day it is rare to find an auto shop as trustworthy as Cany Total Car Care.
