SOS Lock Service / SOS Diagnostics is a 2 part company. We have a full service lock shop and mobile vans to service home, commercial and automotive lock and key needs. In addition, our diagnostic side specializes in automotive programming. From replacement electronic keys to programming the computer that controls your engine. New and used module programming. We have been in business since 1993 and have built a very good reputation in our field. Our family based business covers the entire Portland to Salem metro area.

I arranged to have this locksmith work done with SOS Canby.  A completely different company shows up and work is marginal.  It would be nice to know that when you contract with an Angie's list company, that would be the company that would show up to do the work!!

My experience with SOS Lock Service / SOS Diagnostics was outstanding. I did not dislike anything. It was an expensive but a much uncomplicated process. Everybody charges expensively with car keys so it was not like that expense is higher.

I have gone to their competition to have keys made and they don't end up working. I right to SOS and I have never had a problem with any key they have made there. They are a very good company to use. They make all kinds of keys, for cars and houses. They carry all kinds of locks and doorknobs.

I have rentals and need to have duplicate keys made quite often. I have had keys made at Lowe's and Home Depot and when I get to my rentals they don't work and it's really not worth the effort to try to return them! I tried SOS Lock several years ago and haven't used anyone else since. I have never had a key made that didn't work! They do a great job consistantly.
