Pool and Spa Servicing
The spa was delivered to the home and stored on its side by the delivery crew while we had the site prepared and electrical service supplied and these projects took weeks and $2800 to get done. When the spa was placed on its pad we noticed for the first time that a head rest cover was missing and when it was filled with water for the first time we had leaks under the skirt. The wiring was incorrect in the spa itself.as well as the lighting was not fully working. And lastly one of the 2 large ( 12 inch ) jets came loose on the first use. I have phoned and Emailed both the company as well as the manufactuer many times with out ANY reply. I have given up on this company and warn others about this .!!!!
