THIS IS A PAIN, AND WE HAVE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING SOMEONE TO RETURN OUR CALLS. OREGON IRRIGATION, CAME OUT PROMPTLY, GOT THE JOB DONE SENT THE REPORT TO THE CITY AND BILLED US. IT WAS WELL DONE AND WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
