I contacted Gregg at Smart Home Mojo as I found that he is one of the very few experts in his business that continually gets excellent five-star, impeccable reviews that contain detailed information from the customer in regards to their experience. From the moment I contacted Gregg, he was extremely responsive to my needs and I found him especially easy to communicate with. I explained that I was building a new home and I had limited time to determine what electronics I want and I needed to get the home pre-wired within about ten days (before insulation and drywall). Gregg and I did an initial and complete walk-through where I outlined some of the ideas I had we discussed my budget number for pre-wire, equipment and installation that I wanted to stay within. Gregg was especially helpful in regards to providing excellent recommendations regarding ethernet distribution throughout, A/V in multiple rooms with remote speakers and a solid ten-camera security NVR system; all installed and within budget. Once we agreed on a plan, Gregg and his team were on-site at our scheduled time to install all of the pre-wire. They completed the wiring portion of the project ahead of schedule; in just a couple of days. I am extremely happy with all of the pre-wire looking so neat and professionally installed. I certainly appreciated his many recommendations along the way. I am very much looking forward to Gregg completing the project when the home is completed and all of the equipment is installed and fine-tuned.
