What M Brothers recommended for my project vs. my other estimates was actually the best solution in the end. I feel they had my house and concerns at the forefront and the results show it. M Brothers are the best builders / contractors I've ever worked with. Oleg, Alex, Eric are all do great work, are professional, and friendly. M Brothers prices are fair and they're very honest. I would and have recommended them to anyone without hesitation. Oleg owns the company, does the estimates, and actually works on the project himself with the help of his brothers. It's pretty rare to have that. Because of that, there are no misunderstandings and the work is high-quality. The guy who is on site working is the same guy who outlined the project, the boss of the company, and cares about their reputation. If anything comes up during the project - which it did - it's much more efficient and reassuring to have Oleg right there to speak with and help walk you through the options. M Brothers did new siding, new windows, new window trim, paint, and even some framing work for us after they discovered rotted architectural lumber behind the old siding during the project. Oleg had warned us that there was a possibility that we would find those structural issues once they got behind the siding, and sure enough, there were. Once they found the issues and showed us, Oleg gave us a price for the additional work. Even though we were in a corner at that point, the price was fair and in-line with the prices for the work we had originally agreed to. They even had to replace a 6x12 beam above our front door that was rotted 2/3rds of the way through! I think some less-able companies with less integrity might have bailed upon the discovery of that rotten beam, ignored it, or would have had to call someone else, but M Brothers alerted us to it and handled it! They had to jack up the front of the house to get the old beam out and the new beam in. Quite a feat and thank goodness because now we know the structure behind all this new new work is sound. The new windows, siding, trim, and paint look fabulous. Alex even recommended the paint color for us. This whole project started when we discovered a leak in our house. Even though the project grew way bigger than we ever anticipated when we discovered that leak, we are so happy with the end result. The look, quality, and integrity of the whole house are improved and we can sleep better at night knowing that this part of our house - that takes the brunt of the sun and weather - is built to last more than another 30 years. Oleg and team are amazing! I live in a townhouse complex and MBrothers has done a ton of excellent work. I had 3 fiberglass windows replaced and repaired some cedar siding. I felt comfortable enough to leave Oleg the code to my garage door and do the work while I was gone. The work was done very well and you never would have known they had been there. The house was left very clean. Oleg communicates quickly and is very good at status updates. I have recommended MBrothers to a friend to do the siding and replace windows at her house. She had gotten 4 bids and chose MBrothers, even though they weren't the lowest price. If I ever need any more work done, MBrothers is who I would use.

I met with 6 different contractors to bid my project to reside both sides and the back of my home. Most companies sent out sales guys that were not very knowledgeable and wanted to install the new siding over the existing T1-11 and their main focus was getting the sale. Oleg with M Brothers came out and I was impressed from the get go! He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the process. He was the only contractor that wasn't focused on the sale, but more interested in offering his input with the best long term solution, which was removing the existing T1-11, sheeting with new 1/2 plywood, installing house wrap and new Hardi siding. He explained that by going over the existing siding, you would most likely be covering existing rot. He was CORRECT! I hired M Brothers to complete the project. Once they removed the old siding they found two areas where the framing had water damage and was rotted (perfect example why you don't go over existing siding). I grew up around construction and have been a plumbing contractor for 20+ years and I have never been so impressed with a contractor as I was with M Brothers. Because of their outstanding customer service and how GREAT the new siding looked on the sides and back of the home, I had them tear off the Hardi siding on the front of the home, (which I had no intention of replacing). I'm glad I did because it makes the house look that much better and I now know it's properly installed and sealed. They are extremely efficient and their process is seamless. They arrived each day at their scheduled start time and followed up with me at the end of each day on the progress of the project. They kept the work area clean and free of debris throughout the process and cleaned up at the end of each day. Oleg, Alex and the little guy (youngest brother) are professional, personable and really take pride in their work. I have referred M Brothers to a few of my friends and will continue to refer to anyone who has a siding project. There is no doubt that M Brothers is the BEST siding contractor in Oregon and I will use them for all of my future siding needs.

We found M Brothers through their online reviews... And they did not disappoint! We are so glad that we went with them for our renovation project. We had to have a significant amount of cedar siding replaced, a patio removed, and also replaced some windows and an exterior door.... Once all of that was done, we needed to have the whole exterior painted. From the initial bid to the end of the project, they were prompt, professional, friendly and consistently went above and beyond with their work. We would hire them again without hesitation, and will be recommending them to others!

Right from the start you will feel very comfortable with Oleg. He will listen to what you want then ask questions and offer suggestions. In our case he pointed out some repairs I could do myself to save money. He offered up other suggestions that would save us money while still getting the look we wanted. He is very thorough while doing the initial walk through. He explained everything that needed to be done and how it will be done. The estimate I received was fair and had every detail we talked about with no hidden surprises. So, we decided to go with M Brothers to do the whole house siding. Once you are on the schedule, they show up at the scheduled time and go right to work. During construction, they will ask before doing something that might be out of the ordinary. They do all the little details that make the end result spectacular. At the end of the day they will clean up and leave the site like they found it. These 3 guys do the work of a crew of 10. I could not believe how much they got done each day and how fast the job went. I see other construction crews hide from the rain, not these guys, they are prepared to work in all conditions. We had some struggles with choosing colors for our new siding. All 3 brothers were very helpful with their suggestions and patience with us while we were trying to figure all this out. We now have the best looking house on our street thanks to M Brothers Oleg, Alex and Eric are professional, courteous, respectful and very skilled at what they do. They take great pride in their craft and their work definitely shows it. They will treat your house as if it were their own. You will not be disappointed in choosing M-Brothers Construction!

Thank goodness for Oleg helping repair my siding. He explained he does a lot of this work in the area, and because it was a 1 day job, was able to perform the work with about 3 week lead time. Oleg was able to replace the siding in 1 day and did a great job! I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially when he replaced a small screen I had installed to keep bees out of my attic. Even better the job site was totally cleaned up at the end of the day! Oleg was totally professional and sent me an email bid, email invoice, and great at communicating the timeline and did everything he said and more. This review probably sounds far-fetched at this point but I had spent months calling contractors that would take this small job and got another insanely expensive bid, so I'm very grateful to Oleg.

This company was amazing! They exceeded all my expectations in every aspect of the project. The finished product was far superior to anything I anticipated. Beyond the quality of the work, the speedy completion of the work was appreciated and amazing. They gave me time estimations for the work and proceeded to beat projections with each phase. They had a double crew on the painting and finished the job in a day. I expected 3 or 4 days minimum. And as previously stated, it looks great-just fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone and if you hire them, you will not be disappointed. They leave the project neat and tidy each day-like they have not even been on the property. They kind of swarm in, dominate the project and leave unnoticed. And to top it off, they are great guys-fun with a great sense of humor and great to be around. M Brothers was one of three contactors interviewed to replace our large aging deck. They were the most responsive and fortunately the most observant. During the initial assessment, they alone identified areas of undetected dry rot, a result of improper methods in the original construction. During the entire process M Brothers exceeded our every expectation with timeliness, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their expertise and foresight regarding all aspects of siding replacement, window installation and the complexities of our unusual deck layout substantiated our choice of contractor. Our remodel was completed on time, on budget and with no awkward surprises that often accompany such projects. Additionally, M Brothers demonstrated a tidy habit of cleaning the workspace at the end of each day making for minimal disturbance to our daily life. Quite honestly, we loved their thoughtful advice, personal integrity and delightful interaction. We will definitely use them for future projects and give them our highest recommendation.

M Brothers did an incredible job with our renovations! Our projects were big and important to the value of our home. They came out to give us a bid. We had eight different companies give us a bid for the work and M Brothers were the first to respond and their bid was one of the lower bids. (Several companies never did get their bid submitted.) We chose M Brothers and they managed all aspects of the work during November, December and January. Even in poor weather they were working. They were always on time and left my home clean and organized during the work. The finished product is amazing. They take great pride in their craft and it shows. We were thrilled with the results. On time and on budget.

Great work and great people to work with. Communication was excellent. Scrupulous about telling us and getting authorization ahead of time before addressing any added costs or issues (e.g., concealed dry rot). They were extremely flexible in accommodating our variety of schedules and, oh, by the way, did much of the work in 100 plus degree heat. I would recommend Oleg and his crew to anyone.

Oleg and his team did an excellent job in the repair and constructed a gable to direct rain away from the walls/siding/windows and into newly attached rain gutters. The team also did work on our chimney to ensure many more years of life. They worked closely with the roofers to ensure work was coordinated and completed in a timely manner.

Work was done well and in the time frame agreed to. The quote was higher than I anticipated.

Working with Oleg and M Brothers Construction was straight forward.  We had him inspect the job site just a day or two after we initially contacted him, and we had a bid within a week.  Work took two days for siding/weatherstripping and and one day for painting.  

Oleg (and his co-workers) clearly communicated a timeline for the job, showed up exactly when they said they would, and explained the job scope and work in detail and fielded all our questions promptly and to our satisfaction.  We are very appreciative that when we contacted M Brothers we got to talk and interact with the same person doing the actual work, which makes communicating concerns and expectations that much easier.  

We were impressed by the attention to detail  shown throughout the project: how to caulk and the best caulk to use, how to properly waterproof and what to use, what paint to use, how to best flash under adjoining siding pieces, etc. etc.  were all thought out and nothing left to chance.  The job was done with the highest quality in mind.

Oleg's bid came in about 30% less than a competing one we had received, and we would and are planning to use them again for similar work.

The work started early in the morning and was completed the same day. The brothers did a great job and completely policed the area as the finished the job of us.

I obtained estimates for multiple contractors, most of which were high pressure sales pitches with estimates that were extremely high.

With M Brothers Construction there were no pressure tactics. Oleg simply drove out looked at the house and took the necessary measurements and sent me a quote. His quote was in the range of what I expected to job to cost.

Oleg and his crew removed the dilapidated T1-11.  They then installed 1/2 inch plywood all around the house, wrapped it with a weather barrier and installed Hardie Plank lap siding. They did this all within 5 days .

It looks great and it was done right! I am very happy with their work and would use them again.
