Staff were extremely responsive to all questions, provided all information that we needed, made the transition seamless for us.

They offer assistance with dispensing medications as well as some other things that deal with geriatric care. My father was there for six weeks. I chose them over the other assisted living facilities due to their location, and that he already was familiar with them and he knew some people that were already there. Regarding communication, the hospital sent two medical lists and they thought the second one was a duplicate when in fact it was a new one with different medications and they did not follow that new one. So, there was a major failure there. Regarding effectiveness of treatment, I would give them a "D" because the treatment was delivered on time but it was just the wrong treatment. Regarding availability, my father happened to be down the hall close to the nurses' center; so that helped that he was right there.
