Went excellent. Steve was very prompt and worked to find time to fit me into his schedule. Found the problem and repaired with new parts he had on-hand.

Art was very professional, the price was right and the installation was professional. In the 10 years that I've had the unit it's only need one repair which was performed by Art two years ago. I would use this company again and have recommended them to my friends.

They were pretty reasonable and they took care of everything in an hour-and-a-half. I didn't get to meet the guy and I just spoke with him on the phone. He was very personable on the phone and was good at keeping me informed over the phone or text regarding what he was doing. He seemed to be a good guy.

found this company via a neighbor - they provided a quote over the phone, were here when they said they'd be, finished the install faster than anticipated, and once here, even reduced the price after they saw the ease of install. Quick, efficient, and complete.

THIS WAS OUR SECOND QUOTE WHEN OUR HEAT PUMP STOPPED WORKING DURING AN ICE STORM. THE FIRST ONE WAS FOR OVER $4000.00 AND WAS FROM ONE OF THE LARGER COMPANIES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
