Amy - You and Sandy are not just the best realtor team we've had in 5 buy/sell situations, but one of the very best customer service experiences in any purchasing situation I've had in my 56 years. I felt that I was watching and observing masters at the field of putting customer needs first and delivering in a manner that far exceeded expectations. I learned tips for improving customer service in my own business just by observing you both in action. You gave us handy key date emails that not only helped keep us informed, but also told us that you had a handle on all the key steps and actions.
For the first time in working with realtors, I felt you had our best interests in mind first and constantly. While the house sold quickly, I never felt you were moving us toward compromise or loss of our best interests - you were our advocate all the time. Inter personally, you were great to work with and always accessible at all times via whatever technology we used.
Your work ethic is a model for others. You had quick access to quality vendors when we needed work done. When we were having problems with the service from the mortgage broker (partially due to our not having had a mortgage since 2007), you suggested an option to change brokers immediately. While we declined, we appreciated your offer to make a change fast.
It was a great experience, and you should be proud of your skill in your craft - and the fact that you are a model for success far beyond the real estate business.

The products and fliers they use are very high quality. She uses plastic and everything is just very nice. She calls almost every week to check and make sure that everything is going okay. They are very professional and easy to work with. This office sees that we have plenty of supplies and fliers to aid the sale and they seem to actually care about us.
