ACE GLASS COMPANY

Ace Glass Company is the best out there! Even though our project was small, we were made to feel just as important as any other customer. The guys who came out were friendly, professional, and honest. The office staff was friendly and caring. I will most definitely use them again for any of my projects and most emphatically recommend them! They rock!

The quality of work was excellent although two of the glass doors were cut incorrectly the first time which cause a delay in installation. However, the redone doors were perfect and installed very well. The replacement rollers and slide guide were done very well and allowed near-new sliding performance on an old, large sliding door.

There is now a milky spot on glass after repair. I was also there to get an estimate on buying 2 shower doors & 2 large vanity mirrors. They had 3 displays of doors from different companies to choose from. I was told by the office woman I would need to talk to the man that was repairing my windshield. I waited until my car was done and asked the woman again if I could talk to the man about prices on shower doors and mirrors. She had forgotten to tell him I was waiting & he had left. She did call him and have me talk to him on the phone, he told me that the displays in their office were companies they no longer dealt with & that I could go in the back (or someplace) and look at pieces of doors they had. Also, the office & waiting area was terribly dirty, messy & the whole atmosphere was horrible. I can t remember being in such a dirty place of business. As I sat there waiting I listened to 3 employees bashing Christians and their way of life.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT WITH ACE GLASS COMPANY. THE REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT, ACE LET ME DROP THE CAR OFF EARLY AND PICK IT UP AT A SPECIFIED TIME AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME.

WE WERE UNCERTAIN EXACTLY HOW TO INSTALL THESE PANELS TO BEST UTILIZE THE ROOM. THEY WERE CAREFULLY DELIVERED AND ADVICE WAS GIVEN HOW BEST TO INSTALL THEM FOR THE BEST LOOK IN THE ROOM. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THIS PROJECT TURNED OUT!
