The septic guys showed up on time, figured out the best way to pump the tank (the site is a little complicated), pumped the tank and were out of there an hour or so later.  Courteous guys and great service.

The company was responsive, the individual who completed the service knew what he was going and did it quickly.  

Septic tank was cleaned out and they showed me how the old lid was broken and sinking into the tank.  They set up appt for 2 days after to have that replaced.   All employees of Aafordable were professional and easy to deal with.  Great service!

It went great. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. They were efficient. 

Their price was good compared to the others. They were affordable and they got the job done. They did a good job.

I had requested a septic system inspection, we had bought a forclosed home and needed help finding the drain field. I was quoted $325 for tank pumped and the inspection was free, plus $25.00 travel fee. The driver arrived 45 minutes late because of a mix up in my old and new address. The driver was nice however he couldnt tell me much about the system and I was charged $355. We will use a different company next time.

A few glitches in timing but we were not in a rush. Professional and accommodating. They let me dig out the old and dig the new pit for the new tank, which saved us a little overall. They did a great job and cleaned up the property in the process.

We live in an old house, built in 1929, and the plumbing system here is a jumble to say the least. Imagine our surprise, however, when we discovered that we had not one but TWO septic tanks. And the one we did not know about failed and began to back up. We initially thought that the lines were plugged but our local roto rooter guys found this old defunct tank that had actually been serving the kitchen and two bathrooms and it had stopped working. YEK! They told us we needed a new tank and would have to install a pumping system to the tune of some $11,000. So we called Rick Jonas A-Affordable to get another bid. He came, examined the problems, checked and tested the drain field using a transome to determine elevation gains and gave us two bids. One bid if a pump system were needed and one if he could work the system out to use a gravity feed instead. The gravity feed was considerably less expensive. He came out the next week and did the work. This involved pulling down extensive overgrowth, digging a new site and re-plumbing some of the drain lines. He also decommissioned the old tanks. We were only without use of water for 1/2 day. And he was able to use the gravity system afterall, thus saving us literally thousands of dollars. He cleaned up the site extremely well after the work was completed. He then went so far as to spread extra gravel he had on the job over our driveway. An unexpected bonus!

He was very good. They do repairs, installation and he told us how to maintain our tank.

Rick (the owner) met with me on several occasions to discuss the project. He was very professional and honest, performed his duties timely and followed through on his promises. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for professional excavating services and issues related to septic services (including septic tank installation).

They did a very good job, the people they sent were very good. The morning they were supposed to come, no one showed because as it turns out, the receptionist (who has since been terminated) did not schedule me. When the error was discovered, they sent a crew out immediately.

Prompt service; we thought we knew location of tank, but were wrong. My husband and the service person worked together to locate and dig up the cover. The emptying went as expected. Very helpful service person who went out of his way to help.

On time, professional demeanor, follow up required due to age of tank, and got good information and advice on when and how to address issues.

Rick and his crew did a great job. They worked hard and carefully (tank was close to a walkway and deck post and they were careful not to disturb either in a tight area.

WOW! I didn't expect anywhere near the level of attention I got from these guys. I've been in this house for three years, and have grown used to all the "home made" solutions that it was originally built with. I was terrified when my septic system began backing into the house, knowing there was likely another costly surprise waiting for me. The A-Affordable guy showed up and could tell by looking at the ground around the tank that it was an old, home made two-chamber cement tank. He didn't bat an eye. I was really surprised how thorough he was in making sure the lines had not been clogged; I was planning on hiring another contractor to do that. I was thrilled with their work. Use these guys - they're great!

They were polite, swift, and did what they said they would at a good cost. I was worried it would cost a lot to have them dig it up by hand, but it was just as they estimated over the phone unseen. I would recommend them to others.
