Auto Service
This service happened in 2010. I change my own oil, now; otherwise, I'd still be patronizing this business. And, in talking with friends & acquaintances, the excellent service hasn't changed. (I do still drop off my used oil to be recycled.)
Olivia, the owner, greets you with a big smile. She's friendly, but professional, and she knows her stuff. Unbeknownst to her, I observed her interacting with her employees & noticed she treated them courteously and with respect. Obviously, she's a great boss as well.
The service was done quickly, but thoroughly, and I thought the price was fair. Olivia also does not try to sell you any "extras," a common practice nowadays.
When I get too old to crawl under my Jeep anymore, I'll be back!
