They had to order parts, so the repairs/adjustments took a day longer. No big deal.

I'll start by saying that they did a great job and my truck runs like new, so I'm pleased with the results. They were apparently overbooked, so it took them 2 hours to even get to my job. They used regular oil rather than synthetic oil, which I'd specified when i called. But, they took the time to do the job right. Once they put new spark plugs in and did the timing, it was still not firing correctly, so they took the time to track down the problem (a coil) and replaced that. They didn't charge me for the oil because they realized their error, but we agreed that it would be a waste to drain the oil just to put synthetic in. I'll definitely go back. They are not a shop that just wants to shuttle through as many cars as possible. They will get the job done right...and probably the only ones in town who will!
