I called in the morning and explained what my problem was. After asking a few questions he had me take the computer in to the shop.
Within hours I got a call that the work was completed and the computer worked fine. I went in this afternoon and picked it up, it works perfectly.
I am so grateful to not have lost my financial data and to have it done within hours. I was charged the minimum basic fee even with the fast service. I am very pleased with this service and will use them again and recommend them highly.
