Jim did not take responsibility for the stain result, despite the fact that he sold the product to me. He repeatedly said it was not his fault. He made no effort to make it right. He did not offer to attempt to correct the problem. When told I was not happy and I expected him to correct this mess, he insisted again that he did nothing wrong. He finally agreed to try to fix it by applying a stain on the sidewalk, but said he really didn't know how to do it and I would have to pay the cost of purchasing the stain product. That's where I left it. Nothing has been done to the sidewalk yet. Jim has not contacted me about fixing the problem.
Description of Work: He prepared the ground. Then he laid forms for concrete sidewalk to front and side of house. Concrete was poured with a stain added which I paid extra for. Due to rain, contractor covered concrete with plastic and left covered for several months. When plastic was removed, stain was light pink (not what was ordered) with darker pink sploches in the centers of each four foot section along entire walkway. The contractor said to wait a year since sometimes in takes that long to ''cure.'' That was two years ago, and it still looks the same...bad.
