We are very pleased with our finished project. Bob and his coworker, son Seth, are very trustworthy and dependable. Bob is very punctual and was easy to reach by cell phone throughout our project. He was attentive to our requests and kept to our predetermined budget for the project. Bob is very enthusiastic about his job and takes pride in performing quality work. His work is structurally sound and in compliance with current code. All of his work and the contracted electrical and plumbing work passed city inspection. Bob was easy to get along with; he even fed our cats without our asking.

It was a pleasure to work with Bob, who came of age in the 60s in San Francisco and has a positive outlook on life. In addition to being a very skilled and experienced builder who was once featured in Parr Lumber magazine, he is also quite the well-read conversationalist. Bob's crew includes his son Seth, an electrician, his son Aaron, and a few other respectful, hard-working young men who come as needed. Bob is a former Marine Corps sergeant (pre-Vietnam) who knows how to keep his crew on task and paying attention to details. A self-proclaimed "neat freak," he never left the job site without first cleaning up. He keeps track of all receipts in neat piles and keeps a record of all hours worked in an organized spreadsheet. Bob and Seth came to the job site 6 days a week, resting only on Sundays. From start to finish, the job took 4 months.
