Called Robertson Plumbing and the call was returned in 20 minutes. Gary Oldham, the plumber, came out the same day at the time he had told us. He diagnosed the problem as a bad valve seat. He then contacted his supplier and found a replacement part(valve seat and plunger valve). Gary returned at the arranged time and installed the part-he also did some needed additional maintenance in the tank(new flapper valve and new float). The repair fixed the problem.

They were so nice to me. They came right out and removed the clog from the line in no time. It has been draining fine since then. I forgot the price but I was not at all mad about it. I had some other plumbers take advantage of me on prices in the past but not Robertson's. They are very honest.

Price includes parts and labor. They are located in Boring, OR, and they serve Clackamas County. Greg is enormously pleasant and personable, and his honesty has been proven. Their staff are all very nice.
