They're very friendly. The woman that works the phone is very helpful and has connected me to someone else when I had problems with my oil tank. The man that delivers the oil is also very nice to deal with.

Pulliam has had the best prices for oil over the years. Not once in 20 years has anyone else that I called offered oil for less (and I do check with a half dozen suppliers before I purchase). In the past few years, Pulliam's prices have been closer to the other suppliers (not as large a difference as they used to be), but they're still some pennies per gallon less than others. What I like most about Pulliam is their reliability and trustworthiness. They've been dependable over the many years, which is comforting in an ever-changing world. They deliver when they say they will. For the delivery, you can be home, but you don't have to be. Payment arrangements are convenient. I've been home for the last many deliveries and the delivery folks are professional and pleasant.
