We ere having terrible problems with the house being cold. I was having serious sinus problems as well. We discovered the refrigerant coils on the furnace were filled up with dog hair. That dog hair was blocking all the heat and it explained my allergic reaction to the house. We thought we were going to have to sell the house it was so bad. He got double hands full of hair out of the furnace. It was a negotiated price and I was comfortable with it. He was not the most professional but certainly agreeable.
