I had a microwave that needed repair. I provided him the model number and both of the parts that he would need to bring for the repair. Easy right?! Nope! He showed up and after about ten minutes he said he wouldn’t be able to fix anything. This was surprising to me because he knew everything he would need ahead of time and came with nothing. Even more surprising to me was he expected to be paid for showing up unprepared and accomplishing nothing. After a brief chat he agreed he shouldn’t be paid and left. I have since contacted him multiple times for a diagnosis because he left nothing in writing and have not heard back. I don’t usually leave reviews (this is the first review I’ve left in at least five years) but the fact he showed up ”hoping something else was wrong” and wasn’t actually the parts I told him and then cant even provide me anything in writing for the warranty company, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Very courteous man, arrived on time. Showed us what was wrong. We love our ice-maker, so opted to have it replaced. He also reviewed the gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, washer, & dryer. Gave us some great maintenance tips & general info. I always thought it was the back of the fridge that was important to keep clear of dust, etc., but indeed it is under the fridge. We have always had dogs & I think from the fur balls we found there, it was enough to represent a small dog.

Very quick response time - same day availability and very professional service. Diagnosed the problem (one of the motherboards blew a circuit), and was able to quickly get a replacement part and complete the fix within the hour. Great service -- we'd absolutely use them again!

Right before Thanksgiving, our refrigerator started to leave a smell on food. Advanced Appliance Solutions came on short notice, fixed our problem, and asked if there was anything else we needed. I had Dean look at our washing machine, because it was making noise. He replaced the dog leg ears on the agitator for just the cost of parts, which were in his truck. Very good service, and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use Advanced Appliance Solutions again.

Dean was on time, very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He discovered the door switch was defective and the thermal fuse was blown. He demonstrated the defects of both and told me up front the cost for parts (which I appreciated!). He also discovered, when moving the dryer, that the vent hose has become disconnected and created a huge mess on the floor behind the dryer. He actually took the time to clean up all the lint and re-attach the hose for me. He was priced very reasonably (certainly cheaper than buying a new dryer). I would use him again.

I was promptly contacted and scheduled a service call. The repairman was professional and diagnosed the problem leading to my leaky washing machine. I had purchased a deal that includes the cost of the service call plus all labor (but not parts) to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the washing machine had a major problem and was not repairable. I got a refund for the labor portion without any trouble.
