I called the company at 8am and he arrived at my house at 2pm (same day. He spent 2 hours fixing a problem with my washer. the price for the service was very inexpensive, but his professionalism and attention to detail was great. After completing the task, he walked around my house providing me actionable advice for all my kitchen appliances. I would recommend this company to everyone

They came out promptly to do a inspection/diagnostic tests on an old wall oven. It was not repairable, but it let us know the next step we needed to take.

He was timely and explained everything, When the refrigerator repair did not last. He came back out and told me what was wrong and it would be better to replace my refrigerator. He did give me a partial refund. I believe he was not able to remove one of the new parts because the second back down cause it to break. He told me what to do for my microwave, dishwasher, oven and washing machine to extend the life. I like that he was so helpful. I highly recommend this company.

This service repair professional was extremely informative. He not only diagnosed my dryer, but went over several maintenance tips for the washer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Dean came out quickly. We were lucky enough he was available and within the area. He gave us an estimate of the repair and it took him a few minutes only and gave us a reasonable price in the end. He even went through our major appliances to show us how to maintain it properly. Thanks to Dean we can start cooking using our oven. Would definitely hire him again.

Professional that came to the house was great. Called right away along with coming the very next day. Looked at the refrigerator and found out that it wasn't installed properly and was able to fix the work and reinstall and looked at a few other items and went above and beyond. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.
