Young's is a good shop for Volkswagen rigs ( and probably other german rigs). Very nice guys, aways willing and wanting to show us the problems. They save the faulty parts and explain what happened every time we pick up our cars. When it comes to communication, they are old-school with pencil and paper reporting, no voicemail, and one phone line. But aside from that, they provide excellent care of a vehicle. Last time they even fixed our headlight without us mentioning it.
We have been to this show several times in ten years for timing belts, brake fluid flushes, pressure plate/clutch replacement, water pumps, idler pulley, valve adjustment, coolant replacements, and oil changes. Never had an issue with their services, vehicle care, etc.

They are very knowledgeable, and much less expensive than dealerships. I have used them quite a bit over the years.
