After we had the furnace replaced and duct work cleaned we have the correct CFI for the house and have wonderful air flow.
Master Bathroom: The bathroom shower leaked at the sides, door and hinges. The builder had the glass company correct the sides and door but the hinges continued to leak all over the floor especially when cleaning the inside of the shower. The builder stated "don't clean around the hinges and you won't have a problem." We had the door replaced with sliding door and have not had any issues.
Upstairs Bathroom: When using the upstairs toilet the walls downstairs would sound like we had a waterfall that came thru the walls in the living room, hallway and master bedroom. The builder stated "the plumbing is up to code".
After have another plumbing company replace the plastic pipe with cast iron we have not had the same issues.
When using the bathtub upstairs for a bath water makes the same water rushing through our walls like a waterfall. This has not been corrected or repaired.
The only reason we received $3750.00 was because we took the builder to the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and through mediation this is what the mediator though was the best we could do without going to court
