It is our policy to give an estimate before work is performed and I am confident that was the case. I did look at your invoice and called the dealership for comparison. I was given a quote that was 160.00 higher than what we charged you. We also used Toyota brand supplies on your vehicle. "Dear [member name removed] Since this happened over 6 years ago It took me some time for me to look up the original technician work order. I can tell you that during that time we had a secretary assisting at the front desk. (we normally have one female service adviser and she has worked for us for nearly 20 years.) The original technician work order indicated your brakes were at 90% I believe the secretary miss read the work order from the technician thinking the brakes were 90% worn. I do know the technician would have caught this error if he had been told to do the work. Please accept my apology for this miss understanding. They were very professional and concise with their estimate, the work was completed within the timeframe they stated (very quickly) and most importantly, the job was done well and with a very reasonable rate! Without question, I've found my mechanic and my family and I will return with our vehicles when it's time for more service!

My son's car broke down in Bend. He had just moved there to attend school. We didn't know who to call, so I found Wade Bryant on Angie's List. We had the car towed there, not knowing at all what could be wrong, other than it wouldn't start. Normally my husband would fix the car. We were expecting the worst and we could have been taken to the cleaners, not being close enough to assess the problem ourselves.
Fortunately, the work was completed in just a couple of days and the problem was just a sensor. We were relieved and now we will call this shop if there are any future problems w/ the car.
