I contacted Vernon prop management to do a one time rent up of my home. They came out, and looked at the property, gave me a range of expected rents. We signed the paperwork, they put up a sign and advertised the home. Within a few weeks they had found a tenant, collected deposits, and rents. They moved the tenant in and introduced me to them. I will be doing the management, but I didn't want to screen people.
