They do very well.  They’re efficient, capable, and take care of our problems with pests very well.  We have no complaints.

He wanted to sell the yearly contract in which they come out quarterly. I only wanted the one problem with Ants taken care of.  He took care of it, was very professional.

In the first Spring after my husband and I moved into our new house, we discovered we weren't the only ones that had moved in! Ants were coming in through our electrical outlets in our kitchen and through the back door. We also would find an occasional spider. My husband wanted to try and deal with the problem himself, but since I insisted that I wanted them gone, like, yesterday, we explored professional options. I called Terminix and a gentleman came out to assess our issues, then sprayed the inside and outside of the house and puffed dust under the house. After the first treatment, the ants were gone. We still had a spider or two until the second treatment, but were still very happy with the outcome. We currently still use Terminix and last year in late summer/early fall, a day after our treatment, we discovered that we had bees in our attic! We could hear them buzzing when we tapped on the ceiling. We called and our regular guy came out the next day and of course the bees were no more. Our household maintains a bug free status. :) Bugs + Terminix = No More Bugs

They came the day after my initial call and the service provided was extremely professional. My serviceman listened well to my concerns and explained what he would be doing. Since my yard backs up to a natural area I opted for a quarterly plan. The initial cost was $175 and this included spraying of the inside of the house and the foundation, fogging the crawl space, setting bait boxes out for the mice and general spraying of the backyard with attention to the ant problem. My quarterly payments will be $100. I was very pleased with the service and I'm sure I will appreciate having the quarterly visit to maintain the property.

The price is reasonable.  They are real good.  They call me in advance and tell me what they are going to do and when they are going to do.  They are always on schedule as predicted and consistent.

The person who comes to my house is very trustworthy which is important because when he comes I am not paying attention to where he goes. They are very thorough.

I did not feel that the price we paid was not worth the service that we got from them.

We had mice problems a couple of years ago and Terminix has done a great job.  We are on a program and we don't have any more mice or spiders or ants.  They are really great to work with and they are very nice.  They start the service in March and they come once a month until November.  The cost is for the whole year.  They spray the outside around the perimeter and around the trees.  They are very accommodating because we have dogs in the yard and they always call and we can take the dogs in so they can spray.  If they come and we are not here, they will call and come back the next day.  This is the second year we have been working with them and we will continue to use their service in the future. 

They are prompt, they are here when they say they will be, they take care of the pests, their prices are fair, and they are friendly.

They did a good job.  They came out and did great.  We thought we had termites and they came and they said we didn’t have any.  They didn’t charge us for that and that was great. 

I got excellent results from them.  They were friendly and knowledgeable.  I had a big ant problem and two days after their treatment I found only three or four ants.  I haven’t had any ants after that and I have not had any spiders after that either.  I usually have big problem with spiders, but not his time.  I had a problem with mice in my garage and so far I have not had those come back.  I have not had a problem with spiders at all this year.  They were very friendly.  They were a lot less expensive than other places.  I guess I have signed up with them for a year.  They come once in every three months.

It has been a horrible experiance. The owner is rude and openly lied to me saying the lock was changed on my gate and that his exterminator was spoken to rudely all of which was not true. The service is terrible and the work never was accomplished. Bugs and bees everywhere and when called would not respond. I would not recommend them to exterminate a single ant.
