Steve returned our call promptly. He diagnosed the problem, ordered part, when part arrived returned and installed the part. He was knowledgeable and personable. We will recommend him anytime.

I called and they came out within a few days-their earliest opening. The repair man was friendly and very thorough. He found the problem quickly. His truck was well stocked with repair parts including the one we needed. He fixed the problem, checked out the dryer to make sure it was working properly, and discussed what he had done. We appreciated his attention to time so that our bill wasn't too high. We were very satisfied!
