Real Estate Service
We have rented from them for a number of years. After moving out of our
previous rental, they siphoned off most of our deposit for services
(such as sprinkler system maintenance) that they previous covered
through our lease. Upon written request for return of the amount
wrongfully withheld we heard nothing back from them ever. If not for the
fact that we were silly enough to move to another of their properties
and are still under their thumb of control, I would have taken them to
court. It's people like this, who feel like they can take advantage of
renters because they hold all the cards, who give "landlords" a bad
name. Shame on you Plus Property Management.
