Slate kitchen and both ceramic tile bathroom floors cleaned up and sealed beautifully. We were very pleased. Then a week or so later, we noticed that one of the bathroom floors absorbed water in a couple spots, something that shouldn't happen once sealed. Perma Treat Pro not only responded immediately, but eventually went way above and beyond normal expectations to make sure the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend this company.
