Gutter Repair and Replacement
They haven't installed the gutters yet. They're supposed to do it this week. They've done a great job so far. The bid was $700. They're very good. All the contacts we've had has been very good. They were very prompt. They gave us a good price.

Garage Service
Company employee construction trades workers were very good. Most subcontractors were good to very good.
Original contract was June 2013. Revised and final contract late July 2013. One Change Order signed in August primarily for roof material change. Don't sign contract with this company in current format. Do get line item pricing. Do get minimum of three formal bids with line items.
Work started later than anticipated on August 6th. Most of the work was completed without management supervision. Workers usually on site often 7 days per week including Labor Day. Final inspection approval Sept. 19.
Work schedule was misleading. Told it would take less time than actual. Had to formally request a schedule. Rarely advised of which workers/subcontractors would be onsite.
During that time one worker was apparently not given adequate direction for hand digging a trench from house, through lawn area, to building. Trench was not deep enough, failed County Inspection, severed 3 of 4 irrigation lines, and had to be excavated a second time.
Signed Change Order without adequate review. Upon immediate post signing review, significant overcharge for roof identified. Made multiple verbal and written requests over two months for elimination of overcharge. Company refused to respond.
Made multiple verbal and written requests for minor cost credits for work not required including significant less trenching from house through wall and under walkway due to existing electric conduit found. Company refused to respond.
At receipt of final billing, additional charge for very first item of construction [hole drilling] was added to bill. This two months after this work was done. Required formal request to obtain backup.
Company did not offer final packet of Owner Manuals, Warranty information etc. Took one month after completion to obtain warranty information for siding [30 year] and roofing [lifetime].
Would not do business with company management again.

Garage Service
I hired Central Oregon Pole Building (Cahill Construction
Co.) June 23rd 2013, to build a 40? x 48? Pole Building. The
building plans were approved on July 15th; so do to my vacation and business
trips building did not start until late July. The area on the property that the
building was going on first had to have 40+ trees to be removed and then the excavation
could start.
The property needed about 12 inches of fill dirt to bring it
to level of the rest of the property. Cahill Construction Co. took care of
everything; color we wanted the walls, roof, how many doors, what size doors we
wanted, fill dirt, gravel, concrete floor and the cost was very reasonable.
First inspection was
signed off on July 30th.
Final inspection was signed off on August 16th.
I have no complaints; plan on using the Cahill Construction
again real soon.
