Dan kept me informed via email on the status of the job and I'm BIG on keeping me informed. He emailed me samples of things to look at gave me ideas for landscaping as well. He is very friendly and knowledgeable too! I'm EXTREMELY impressed with him!

It didn't start out so well, but ended up fine. I met with Dan from Nature's Plan (as well as other landscape companies) in May to talk about getting my new home landscaped. Dan got me a "rough" estimate very quickly.
I was leaning towards Nature's Plan, and wanted to talk to Dan again in detail and get a firm estimate. Dan was slow on responding with and estimate and time frame. Just when I was about to go with another company Dan responded with a fair bid and told me he could start the following week. With that, I hired his company.
They were all very pleasant to deal with and I'm very pleased with the work. The actual cost for labor came in significantly higher than the estimate, but I feel it was accurate and fair based on the number of hours they worked on the yard. There have been a couple of minor issues with one of the lines leaking and Dan has come right out to fix them.
I have no hesitation about recommending this company. I'd give them an A, but the estimate on labor could have been more accurate.

"Thanks for the great review [member name removed]! Don't forget, we went from about 7,500 dollar estimate and right around 1,500 square feet of lawn to over 3,300 square feet of turf and added a lot of plants, Quartzite stones plus added the entire 2 low volume zones for all plants, front and back when the original estimate stated that we were just going to do the tube and no plants or drip fittings, just stub ups?! We added double the turf, plants front and back and over doubled the size of the lawns front and back for another $2,500.00 which includes time and materials both. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with this review but just wanted to point out the deviance or disparity between our original plan and what we actually did. You were an awesome customer as well, we could not have asked for a nicer person to work for, THANK YOU!!!! dAN"
