Some of what Andy did was great, but his communication with us was less than satisfactory. It often felt like he was working for the tenants, not us. There were a number of occasions when he completely ignored our wishes, and would not respond to requests for an explanation. His accounting system and the statements we received were very hard to understand. When we returned to town and no longer needed his services, we requested a meeting to go over the final statement, he just mailed it to us and we never heard from him again. We were so frustrated with dealing with him that we just decided to drop it rather than pursue it any further.
