We searched on Angie's list and Mr Rooter came up and we filled out the info and we were called within minutes and Jeff (good guy, very professional) came out later that day and did the repair and stayed and made sure everything was working properly. I was impressed that they were able to do it that fast and it was even Jeff's day off. Very cool of them and Thanks a Bunch to Jeff and Mr Rooter.

Called in AM. Plumber was promised in late afternoon, but came earlier than expected, He diagnosed the problem quickly, and quoted a price before even bringing his equipment in. The work was done quickly. He routed out the drain all the way to main, and left me with a gallon of drain cleaner with instruction to use monthly. I thought the price a bit high, but I did have a chance to reject it

Very happy with the service provided. It was a little expensive but it is sometimes hard to find someone willing to go to Prineville and especially to crawl under the house to assess the damage and fix the problem. Glad we have it taken care of and confident that the work was done well and is guaranteed if any future problems should arise.

He did a good job. The guy who came out showed him what was going on and showed him how to do some of the work himself which saved him some money. He was almost teaching him the process as well so he was happy about that. I think he would recommend him but you need to get all the charges upfront. They said it would cost so much and then they added something to it so it was kind of a vague process. They got out there pretty quick. He will probably call them again if he needs to.

I had a good experience, but it was expensive. He was real conscientious about trying to use the cheaper method first, before bringin in the big thing, he wasn't trying to fill his pocket. It was a mess. He had to get a special trailer, but he didn't charge us double for coming out. He didn't charge us for the work that he had done prior to that, which he could have done. The price was expensive for us, but I understood it.

Sometimes an issue is straight forward and we are in and out. Other times we have to bring in the "big guns" to properly resolve the situation. In case you were not aware, there is a three (3) year limited warranty on the work we did. If you have any issue during that time we'll be out free of charge to get you going again!"

It worked out well and they gave us sound advice. It was a busy day and they were willing to come out quickly because it was an emergency for us. We called a couple of other places and they were not even interested. When they got here, it wasn't really good news but they were honest with us and didn't charge us an arm and a leg which we appreciated. They were good. The pricing was fair. It was decent and wasn't exorbitant especially since it was an emergency. They were friendly but professional.

Everything went fine. I thought their pricing was a little on the high side. They accomplished what they were supposed to do. They showed up when they said they would and they had their system.

It was fine. It looked like he did his work okay. He was friendly and considerate. The price was okay. The one thing I wasn't too happy about was that he kept trying to sell me a new toilet and I didn't think that was necessary. He told me that it would happen again and he wanted to sell me another one and I didn't appreciate that.

It was good. They came in and took care of the job. Their services are good but their prices are spendy. Their prices are on the higher end. I would use them again.

They did some work for me four years ago and they did a good job. They did minor work but I would call them again and I have recommended them to friends. They were reasonably priced and they did what they said they would do. I have had absolutely no problems with their work.

There are some things that they did well and on others I am unhappy with. Prior to the last experience with them, I have had several good experiences. I did use them based on the earlier good experiences. They came back and did some rework which was good.

These guys were great! They had a secretary who answered my call right away, and scheduled a technician to come out right away. The man they sent was prompt, courteous and neat as a pin. I feel there services were a tremendous value.

Technician came out as scheduled. Very professional and knowledgeable. He asked a lot of questions and checked out the layout of the pipes before getting started. His shoes and equipment had "booties" to keep our carpet clean. We were given an estimate before he started to work. The cable line cleaned out the problem and the sink works like brand new. When the tech left you couldn't even tell anyone had been here as there wasn't any mess left to clean up.
