Mike has been working on our home for many years. He does great work, cleans up after job, returns phone calls promptly and fits us into his schedule even after normal business hours. He is a professional who knows the art of customer service as well as how to repair and/or replace just about everything. He is a gentle person who is easy to have in your home.

Mike has been to my house several times to do various projects that I am not able to do. He always has good suggestions to improve on my ideas. He notices things that need attention or fixing that I have no clue about. He is always prompt, gets to work straight away. I believe his charges for services are completely reasonable. He knows his stuff and I trust him.

Mike is given a list, prioritizes the jobs, and then quickly gets to work. He is good at what he does and knows how to do many different repairs, etc. on many varied projects. Always working and doesn't sit around while on the job. Definitely earns his hourly wage, which is very fair.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. He does an excellent job and is professional and friendly. I will hire him again whenever I have projects that need to be done. He is very fair priced especially since he does the job quickly and accurately. He has great common sense which was super helpful when putting together a huge project with little instructions available. He has great intuition about the and quot;rightand quot; thing to do. It's a huge relief to know that in the future when I need help, I have every confidence that I can call Mike and have the job done as well and as inexpensively as possible. Mike is a personable guy...was on time, and did a quality job; I would definitely hire him again.

I called Mike and he showed up about 15 minutes later to see what I needed and to find out if he needed to buy any parts. Since he didn't need any parts to fix the fan, he did it right then. Perfect! He returned to fix the faucet when the parts I ordered for it and the door bell arrived. An hour and a half later it was done! Mike is pleasant, clean, efficient and professional. If he doesn't know how to fix something, he studies it and researches it and gets back with an answer OR admits he's stumped, as he did with our outdoor motion sensor light. That's honest and understandable. I appreciate his forth-rightness.

He is very neat. He is timely and keeps his appointments on time. He did an excellent job on the installation.
