Mike Knighten is a an amazing builder! The best part about Mike is that he actually cares. He cares about the project and getting it perfect, but he also cares about the customer. He has built 2 custom buildings for me. They have both been great. Mike is always available for any questions for during the construction process. I highly recommend Mike and will use him on my next project.

The builder left the project after the Certificate of Occupancy. Did not respond to any warranty work. Did not complete excavation contract for drainage hookups. I would not recommend a builder to anyone.
