Shorty came on a Saturday, despite it not being part of his work hours. He located the problem right away, gave me all my options, and went out of his way to fix it as quickly as possible. We're new to the area, and this service was better than I could have hoped for. I won't call anyone else.

Work was done promptly, installation was efficient and clean. No money was required on deposit. There was some miscommunication regarding payment after the job was complete, but all was resolved satisfactorily.

Shorty installed a new water pressure pump at our house and corrected several problems with the systems while he was here. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

It went very well. I had actually made the call for help the morning that I had the valves repaired. I was surprised that the repairman was even at my house the very same time he said he would be there. He came over, assessed the situation, left to grab some equipment, and was back soon to complete the job. He was courteous, professional, friendly, willing to answer any questions I had, and even gave me advice for extra plumbing projects I had in the near future. He even helped me clean up after the job and put the washing machine back in its place. If I ever find myself in a tough spot with plumbing again, I'll be sure to give Metolius River Plumbing a call.
