They have been very professional. I received a call after my last cleaning to make sure it went okay as one of the cleaners wanted to make sure the quality was up to my standards. It was not completely up to my standards and they are adjusting my next visit because of it. Overall they are doing an above satisfactory clean and the professionalism and being proactive to make sure I am a satisfied customer is appreciated. There pricing was more than what I have been paying to private home cleaners but the service is worth the difference. When there was a scheduling mix up I received an immediate call back and they fixed the issue and had someone out the same day and were apologetic for the mix up. Would definately recommend.

Merry Maids did cleaning for my Mother for 3-4 months until she passed.
Their service was great and she really enjoyed the girls and the
quality of the work. They did such a good job that we have now asked
them to start on our own home

I would recommend them. They met my expectations but they didn't necessary go beyond. I had one room that I needed to be cleaned because I am allergic to cats and this house used to belong to my mother. Merry Maids did the walls and took down the curtains for me. At the time I used them, I didn't care about the price.

They cleaned the house pretty much from top to bottom. The experience was good. I would recommend them to someone else. They make sure the customer is happy and provide a follow up service.
