Mike: 1) gave an immediate quote of the 25 windows; 2) called and emailed ahead to reconfirm the scheduled date and time; 3) arrived on time; 4) was very well prepared with equipment for outside (2 stories) windows and inside; 5) once inside, was very respectful of wood floors and clean-up. The quote was as originally stated, and we decided to add on skylight cleaning, for very little. We can't say enough about the screen cleaning as well as the windows!
