Overall, Lifetime did a great job from start to finish on a new window and door project for our home remodel. After visiting several other window suppliers, we found Lifetime to be the most flexible and informative, especially with needed to communicate remotely most of the time due to us living remotely for much of the installation. Lifetime helped coordinate the permitting processes. Tim was very response and helpful throughout the process with the city. Tim also worked together with us to find ways to reduce overall project cost. The crew installing the windows and door did a great job completing the work in the time frame they expected.
Lifetime Windows and Doors were very professional from the start. The salesman was on time to the appointment and fully prepared with examples and brochures on all the products that they offer. He was great with my kids too. They wanted to "help" draw the pictures on the paperwork and the salesman was just going with it. Didn't bother him at all. They helped us with getting financing through a third party lender and took care of all the paperwork.
The installation was fast and ahead of schedule. They estimated 3 full days and were done in just over 2. No mess and clean work. My heating bill dropped about 30% to boot. Thank you for your hard work and great job! Keep up the good work!
